Nucleic acid detection is an efficient and specific method for the identification of pathogen in a given sample.
PrimerDesign supplies high quality Real-Time PCR assays for numerous pathogens. These kits are sold for research use only and are not licensed for diagnostic procedures. The kits contain positive and internal PCR controls so that false negative results can be eliminated.
