Real-time PCR kits for the detection of pathogens causing human disease
Nucleic acid detection is an efficient and specific method for the identification of pathogen in a given sample. PrimerDesign supplies high quality Real-Time PCR assays for numerous pathogens. These kits are sold for research use only and are not licensed for diagnostic procedures. The kits contain positive and internal PCR controls so that false negative results can be eliminated. They are designed with the broadest possible detection profile from detailed sequence alignments of representative members of the strain/subtype. Please see individual package inserts for details.
