High efficiency Reverse Transcription (RT) ensures the ability to detect rare transcripts and obtain the strongest
possible Real-Time PCR signals. A complete solution, the PrimerDesign Reverse Transcription kits contain all the
reagents necessary for the RT step. Although PrimerDesign recommends Oligo-dT priming for most applications, a
random nonamer primer is included in the kit in case this is your preferred strategy. PrimerDesign Real-Time PCR reagents are manufactured to the highest standards by a leading manufacture.
